Sugar was the first friend I made in L.A.'s Skid Row. On this morning we drank our coffee, then she smoked rock, and shared, "I've been homeless for 30 years. I left Boston for Los Angeles because it's warm here. Right now I'm happy - I had my coffee and now there's this."
